GLOSSARY:

Discounts: 

Some additional offers are available at Nikoa Beach Club facilities or other services within the complex.

Member 

A person who is temporarily granted limited access to the facilities of Nikoa Beach Club and other services available within the tourist complex.

Minor

Individuals who have not yet reached adulthood must be under the supervision of their parents with a valid membership.

 Guest 

A person who accompanies a member must comply with all the rules under the responsibility of the same member.

Assets

Resources provided by Nikoa Beach Club or the tourist complex for the benefit of the members, such as furniture, beach chairs, towels, rental items, etc

Persona non grata

Any external person, member, or guest, with access revoked due to inappropriate behavior or at the discretion of Nikoa Beach Club.

Guidelines

Membership and Payment:

1. Members must show their identification and membership card at any time when requested to access certain areas of the complex.
2. Members may authorize Nikoa Club to create a member consumption account and charge the designated card.
3. Each member must register on the Nikoa Club website (https://www.nikoabeachclub.com/), where they will receive a username and password to log in, which will serve to demonstrate their membership status at the entrance; additionally, members will receive a card that is for exclusive use by the designated person.
4. It is recommended to check the schedules of the services of interest to ensure timely access and make prior reservations for the club’s and complex’s facilities.
5. Nikoa Club currently does not charge Members an access fee for them and their guests but reserves the right to do so in the future and reserves the right to admit their guests.
6. Nikoa Club reserves the right to revoke or suspend membership temporarily or permanently when deemed appropriate, without needing to provide reasons, and may also charge for future membership.
7. It is mandatory to wear the daily entry identification bracelet.
8. For control reasons, cash payments are not allowed; payments for facility consumption are made exclusively by credit or debit card.

Use of Facilities

1. All services provided by Nikoa Club are subject to availability, must be reserved, and may be modified, eliminated, and/or added at the club’s administration’s discretion.
2. Visiting or using areas other than those offered by Nikoa Club is strictly prohibited
3. Nikoa Club reserves the right to create or eliminate discounts for members and guests on the services they acquire.
4. Nikoa Club is not responsible for material damages or losses of vehicles in the parking areas or any part of the complex.
5. Nikoa Club reserves the right to temporarily close for special occasions or events at the facilities.
6. Any damage to the complex’s assets caused by the member or their guest will be the member’s responsibility, and they will assume the costs.
7. Pets are strictly prohibited in the facilities.
8. Identification may be requested by staff or security at any time.
9. Bringing food and drinks into the facilities is prohibited.

Pool and Jacuzzi

1. Pool and beach loungers will be subject to minimum consumption depending on the season and occupancy, with priority given to members.
2. The pool is created for all audiences, however, the right is reserved to deny access to individuals who disturb the harmony and tranquility of members. Minors under the custody of their parents and adults are strictly prohibited from using glass bottles or glasses, running, diving, or playing or shouting around the pool.
3. Coolers, radios, or speakers are prohibited in the pool and complex areas. Violation of this rule will result in membership suspension.
4. The use of floaters is not permitted.

Gym

1. Minors under 16 are not allowed to use or be in the gym.

Restaurants

1. Nikoa Club Members have access to the following restaurants: Bocatto (Italian restaurant), Tao (Asian restaurant), Chill ’n’ Grill (Steakhouse), and Nikoa (international Mediterranean cuisine).
2. It is recommended that members make a reservation in advance for the use of the restaurants and Nikoa Club facilities through the designated reservation system to ensure their spot.
3. Reservations should be confirmed in advance.
4. It is the member’s responsibility to pay the full amount of their consumption within the tourist complex.

Spa

1. Spa service reservations must be made in advance and confirmed.

Tours and Water Sports

1. All charges for Water Sports activities and tours are the responsibility of the Member and must be paid directly according to the payment policies of the business providing the service.
2. Nikoa is not responsible for injuries, accidents, inconveniences, and/or claims that may occur.
3. The member acknowledges and accepts the obligation to sign a liability waiver as indicated by the tour operating company.

Bar

1. Using other bar areas within the tourist complex is prohibited; Nikoa Club has its bar.
2. Minors are prohibited in the bar area.
3. The right to not dispense alcoholic beverages to individuals showing signs of intoxication or disturbing the harmony of guests and hotel staff is reserved.

Code of Conduct

1. Any violation may result in the suspension of privileges and membership.
2. Smoking is prohibited within any of the tourist complex’s facilities.
3. Being in areas not offered by the club is prohibited.
4. Responsible and moderate consumption of alcoholic beverages is recommended.
5. The member is responsible for the behavior, appearance, and any charges incurred by their guest during their visit.
6. Any service charges not covered by the guest will be billed to the member’s account.
7. Disrespect, offenses, or actions against staff are strictly prohibited and will result in the revocation of membership without discussion.
8. Appropriate attire must be worn in the restaurant area. Our goal with the regulations is to foster a conducive environment for everyone, prioritizing the well-being, relaxation, and enjoyment of each of our members.
9. Minors are allowed access as long as they are accompanied by a parent or legal guardian within Nikoa Club and some services, excluding all areas and some services of Hotel Azura Resorts which is for adults only. The responsible member must ensure the safety and behavior of the minor.
